i spotted this while perusing the lovely blog of black eiffel - it makes me want to pack my bags and go to paris.  how i love, love, love that city.

grateful

it's been terribly cold out lately and we're covered with snow and have had a lot of ice.  so this week i'm grateful for a warm bed, hot water and heat.  i know i take these things for granted most of the time - but really it's kind of a luxury considering how many people go without one or more of these things daily.  i feel like a lucky girl to have them all.
